I regret having recommended this hotel to my client. The facilities and location could be good, but that means little when the staff's service and professionalism fall short. The male front desk employee and female reservation employee repeatedly said they would reply to my emails, but they never did. Eventually they stopped answering calls too and ignored the matter. Their serious negligence and unprofessional conduct left me deeply disappointed. The hotel should make urgent staff training a priority.

The only decent part was the location. The service was terrible, and this was nowhere near a 4-star hotel. I'd give it 2 stars, 3 at best. They had me order drinks in the lobby, then insisted on cash because the POS terminal supposedly wasn't working. Moroccan banks charge 3-4 euros for a withdrawal, so I ended up paying a 4 euro fee just to have a 3 euro tea. Breakfast was very poor, and customer service was too. I asked for two bottles of water in the afternoon and they didn't bring them until evening. They don't seem to care about customers.

The hotel is in a great spot, very close to Rabat Ville train station, but to me it's only average and I'd rather pay more for somewhere better. There was no AC during our stay because they turn it off in the colder months. The room felt hot, and I was told to open the windows. Traffic noise at night made it hard to sleep. I also couldn't get hot water for an evening shower, though it was available in the morning. Breakfast was okay, nothing special.

We got into our room early, which was nice. The place was very clean, with polite, helpful staff and daily room service that included fresh towels. Breakfast was good quality, and the location made it easy to walk to the train, tram, and lots of attractions, including the medina.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. What I saw of the owners' treatment of their employees was extremely poor, including verbal abuse. Their treatment of guests was poor too, and the whole experience was bad.
