StayHere Rabat - Agdal Collection

The bedroom window on the ground floor wouldn’t shut properly, so someone could easily open it from outside. We reported it, but nobody came to fix it, despite promises, and the response was basically “don’t worry too much.” We also had to ask twice for towels. The first ones smelled awful, and the fresh ones the receptionist promised for the next day never showed up when expected. After our long trip, the toilet wouldn’t flush and we had to wait for someone to repair it. Late at night, the receptionist was watching soccer loudly enough for us to hear in the apartment. I had to ask them to turn it down so we could sleep. I called the head office to complain and request a refund. They said they’d speak with the on-site team, who then denied all the problems. Eventually they offered 10% off future bookings, but we’d already booked elsewhere, and they refused to apply it to our current stay. We ended up finding a much better apartment on Airbnb for less. The prices are outrageous for what you get, and the service was unacceptable. The staff seemed friendly, but didn’t follow through. We paid for comfort and got stress, broken facilities, and a safety concern. Avoid this place. It felt like a scam, and the whole experience was unprofessional and dishonest.
