Hotel Art Palace Suites & Spa

We stayed in the Audrey Hepburn room on the sixth floor at Art Palace Suites & Spa, with a king bed and a shower/jacuzzi bath tub combo. They provided robes and disposable house slippers for each guest. The style is more traditional than modern. There’s a spa on the ground floor with hammam services, massages, sauna, a pool, and more. Breakfast costs an additional 14€ a night, and WiFi is free. The hotel is in central Casablanca, near Barcelo hotel, and it’s convenient for catching the tram or bus. We could get to the corniche easily. I love hammams, so I’d happily stay here again on our next visit to Casablanca. Thank you Art Palace for your hospitality!

The Tarab performances are what made Art Palace stand out for us. We loved the food and the atmosphere too, and the service was warm each time. My wife and I first stopped in on our first night in Casablanca, then came back for the next two evenings. Three nights in a row says a lot. We also found out they have hotel suites. After such a good experience at the restaurant, we plan to stay there on our next Casablanca visit. If the rooms are as good as the restaurant, it should be a special stay. Highly recommend it for Moroccan food and live Tarab music.

I can't comment on the hotel rooms or their service since I wasn't a guest. I did visit the attached cabaret and restaurant several times for dinner, drinks, and live entertainment. My first couple of visits were good, and I was ordering bottle service along with food, so I spent around $275-$300 each time. After that, the bouncers outside started treating me rudely. On later visits they turned me away with different reasons, saying they were full, hosting a seminar, or something else. I got fed up and stopped going. I wouldn't return even if they invited me for free. I'm a paying customer and expected to be treated decently. The same nights they refused me, I went to a place by Ain Diab Beach instead and had a good time, spending the same or less. I'd rather not name it out of respect. What bothered me most wasn't being denied entry, but how it was handled. The people running this place need to teach their staff what good customer service means. Best of luck, but they won't have me back.

The staff were incredibly attentive and professional, and the restaurant food was really good. I had one of the best hotel stays I've ever had, with a phenomenal room.
