The listing on booking.com didn’t match what we found. There was no running water and the toilet wouldn’t flush. The air conditioning didn’t work, even though it was 33°C outside and hot at night. No drinking water was provided, even though we couldn’t drink the tap water, and we had to ask for a bottle. When we entered the apartment, two strange men were sitting there. It was disappointing, and the owner lied to us several times when we complained. I wouldn’t stay here again. If you do, get these things confirmed in writing before your stay.

There’s plenty of space, the beds are comfortable, and the hot water worked. But the building doesn’t seem well made, and there’s a lot that needs maintenance. The shower fittings were broken, sockets were loose and one wasn’t connected at all, and the main bedroom blind didn’t work properly. Water drained poorly, some kitchen units were badly fitted, the patio doors wouldn’t lock, and the air conditioning control had a broken screen. It’s far from the centre. There’s just one shop nearby and no restaurants.

Only one bedroom had air conditioning, so during our summer visit the other one became unbearably hot. I had to abandon that bedroom and sleep in the living room. For an apartment that advertises cooling in every room, this is unacceptable and shows poor building design. Stay away.

When we wanted to extend the booking, they raised the price. Room cleaning was late, and when we lost something, they asked us for proof in a really bad attitude.

The apartments are modern and newly built, with lots of space and nice decor. They’re beautifully furnished, and the support services were good.
