The atmosphere felt authentic, the room was clean, the hot water worked, and the service was excellent. Nothing to complain about. The location takes a little getting used to, but some adventure comes with the Moroccan experience. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The rooms and riad are magnificent, and the place has a lot of potential. It’s a shame that the facilities and service don’t match the level of the Dar Tazi Palace complex, which this riad is part of. The breakfast at the complex was superb, a definite 10/10. There was no one from the establishment to greet us at reception. Only the manager’s wife was there, and we never saw him because he was busy with another group. The pool was stagnant, unclean, and extremely dirty. There was also no sign on the facade, so it was hard to find. Bab Lhamra, the nearest parking lot, is a five-minute walk away, with a very steep climb on the return, which is difficult with lots of luggage. Next time we’ll go straight to Dar Tazi.

A stunning, authentic palace, gently restored, like stepping into 1001 Nights. Check-in is at the "Dar Tazi - Medina View" Hotel, where breakfast is served too.

The location is fantastic. While my wife and I were staying there, we got very ill after eating outside and couldn’t manage food or even get anything for ourselves. The staff at the ryad kept checking what we needed, went to the shops for fruit and drinks, and brought breakfast to our room so we could try to eat. We’re very grateful for how well they looked after us while we were sick in bed.
