Zouhaira made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. He was kind, professional, and thoughtful, and went above and beyond to look after us. The service was five stars, and breakfast was amazing. This is a different kind of stay, very local, just three minutes from the Medina entrance. If you want to live a local adventure, this is the place. Truly recommended!

Zouhaire was such a kind host and helped us get around, with useful tips on restaurants and sights, and even help with a taxi. The breakfast was very abundant and delicious, and our room was clean. Riad Aicha Fes is beautiful, especially the stunning rooftop terrace. Every part of our stay was great. Highly recommend it if you’re planning to stay in Fes!

The courtyard is lovely, with nice decor and some old parts of the building still visible. The whole riad feels authentic, from the local shower products to the delicious breakfast. Our room was nice too, and the rooftop view is great. Zohaire welcomed us wonderfully and helped with everything we needed to know. He booked taxis and recommended places. The location is great, very close to the souq and to a street taxis can reach. The neighborhood didn’t feel shady when we returned late, and everything we needed was within walking distance. We felt very welcome and loved our stay. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back. Thank you, Zohaire, for your hospitality!

The location is perfect at the bottom of the hills, making it easy to get back after a day of exploring the medina’s ups and downs. The roof terrace is a lovely place to rest at the end of the day too. It’s a lovely building, with nice rooms and classic decor done in very good taste. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was varied, plentiful, and tasty. A very pleasant experience.
