The beds are really comfortable, and reception was excellent, but quite a bit needs attention. The hotel needs repairs or an update, and the towels, shower curtain, shower head, faucet, tub, and sink should be replaced. The complimentary toiletries could be better too, and a welcome bottle of water would be nice. The bartender ignored us, while the restaurant could use better service and food.

The rooms are spacious, the swimming pool is great, and the hotel is beautiful. The staff were friendly and professional. I'd definitely stay again.

The grounds were what won me over. The Amazigh (Berber) colors and designs in the architecture were beautiful, and the huge cabins sat among lush, colorful gardens. Our rooms felt cozy with their lovely blue plush blankets. The buffet dinner was delicious, with lots of fresh vegetables, and the staff were friendly and courteous. The pool looked lovely, though its water was very cold. Some things could use updating: our towels had holes, some dining room seats were dirty and frayed, and the beds were harder than those at other hotels on our trip. I was a little nervous after reading the reviews, but ended up pleasantly surprised.

From arrival onward, the stay failed to meet my expectations, and the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. Honestly, this was one of my worst hotel experiences. I wouldn't recommend it.

To me, the whole hotel felt like a one- or two-star place, from the dated rooms to the unfriendly staff. Even the snack bar had a haunted-house feel. Maybe people go for the available alcohol, but beyond that I didn't find much to do or value in staying here.
