The flat, its size, internet, amenities and location all worked perfectly for me. The team were delightful, young, funny and easygoing. My place felt relaxed, even though the Medina was far too crowded, and there were lovely places to eat nearby. I also enjoyed the walk into the center. I hope I can come back soon. Thanks for making the trip fun.

My apartment was on the third floor, and there was no elevator, only stairs. There was also construction noise from all the work happening right outside. Inside, it was well equipped, and the customer service was fantastic. We especially appreciated having a separate tap for filtered water. The shower was very good, though a glass screen would help keep water from running out.

Construction work is ruining the peace and quiet residents need at home. It happens without regard for the time, starting as early as 7:30 am and continuing as late as 11:00 pm, including weekends and holidays. BALIMA's owners and managers have shown blatant contempt for residents, and our legitimate complaints are met with arrogance and indifference. It leaves us feeling bitter and powerless. They show no consideration for the people living there. Their only goal seems to be taking your money, while residents' well-being comes last, if it's considered at all. 😡😡😡😡😡

It's right in the city center, near Rabat Ville train station and Parliament, with restaurants and cafés all around. Very quiet and very clean.
