ibis Rabat Agdal

USD 200 went missing from my room during my stay at Ibis Rabat Agdal. I reported it to management straight away, hoping they would investigate and help, but there was no meaningful follow-up or effort to resolve it. Nobody took responsibility, and I felt ignored and unsafe. The missing money was stressful enough, but the staff and management's lack of concern made things worse. I didn't feel secure in my room, which is unacceptable for an international brand like Ibis. I can't recommend staying here if you care about your belongings, safety and customer service.

We had a very enjoyable three-day stay and would recommend the hotel. It's in a great spot by the train station, and our room was clean and comfortable. I have two small suggestions for the front desk: acknowledge people waiting, even with a quick “I'll be with you in a moment,” instead of chatting among yourselves, and offer basic English communication for international guests.

Breakfast was the best I've had, with a really good range of choices, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to the Adale train station. The staff deserve credit for dealing with every issue promptly. You can definitely feel the Africa cup of nations spirit here.

I arrived early and they gave me a room right away. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was good, and the room was very nice. Ibis Rabat Agdal is close to everything. I always recommend staying here.
