The ant problem was handled terribly. We found ants coming from several places in the wall, but the manager insisted they came from the patio. Staff refused our request to change rooms and offered to spray pesticide inside, which we declined. We were baffled by the response and got no real help. Apart from that, the property didn't feel like a five-star hotel. Our bed was rock hard, the sheet barely covered the mattress and kept exposing it, the towels had holes, and the curtain was broken. The wifi didn't work, the spa and indoor pool were closed, and our room service meal arrived cold despite the markup. At 200 euros a night, we expected better. Other hotels and stops on our trip cost less and didn't have these problems. The staff were kind and helpful in other ways, quickly assisting with luggage and arranging rides. That was appreciated, but it couldn't make up for the poor condition of the place.

Being sick and alone on a work trip far from home, I really felt looked after here. I asked for plain bread and bananas, and they brought them up. Earlier, I'd requested bottled water at 06:00, and it was left outside my room as I asked. When I still hadn't left the room by 18:00, they called to check that I was okay. Without that food, I wouldn't have eaten all day. The hotel was lovely, but it was the staff's personal, professional care that stood out. The whole team deserves thanks for the phenomenal service. I'd highly recommend staying here. À la prochaine, inchallah! - 103

The service was so nice, and even people who weren't serving our group treated us well. It was awesome being here, and I'm sure we'll visit again ❤️
