I’m really enjoying my stay at Sania plage. The beach is clean compared with other beaches in Morocco, and the waves are great. There are two swimming pools, plus a child-friendly park and a tennis court. The houses are lovely inside, with a kitchen, living room, and two rooms in the one I’m staying in. Many homes were still being built, but I think the place will turn out really well. Since my last visit, more houses have been completed and the resort has improved. There’s a new café called chiringhito with delicious coffee and fast food, and security has gotten better, with guards working 24 hours and cameras. I forgot to mention the park and tennis pitch before, though I can’t remember what the place for playing tennis is called.

It’s one of the best apartment complexes for a summer stay in northern Morocco. Edit: I’d skip renting a jetski at Sania plage. The service there is terrible, the prices are high, and the jetskies are poor. Marina smir has better prices, well-maintained jetskies that gave me no trouble while cruising, and excellent customer service.

The beach is just a one-minute walk away. The place is spacious and very clean, and the pools are big.

It’s a charming place, but the beach isn’t well organized. The parasols are packed together with no space between them, so there’s no privacy.

The beach is all booked up, especially the front area, by someone who has no right to claim it. It causes conflict.
