The only real hassle was a string of technical problems: no electricity at first, then a key card that didn't work, followed by another power issue in the kitchen. Staff fixed each one quickly, but it was still inconvenient. We booked an apartment and a room through Booking.com. The hotel was easy to find, parking was available, and although check-in normally starts at 4 PM, the friendly, helpful reception staff gave us a room right away when we arrived around 12 PM. It was quite full, presumably because it was July. Our room was very clean, and the service was excellent. Staff kept checking in, by phone and in person, to see if we needed anything. You can tell they want to improve their service. There's a game park and a water park on-site, plus a nearby restaurant with very tasty food. This is a paradise for kids, especially those older than 2-3 years. If you don't have children, you may get better value elsewhere. The cleanliness, service, and family amenities made up for the inconveniences, and I'd recommend it to families with young children.

The pool was cloudy and gross, and the management seemed clueless. Staff looked unhappy and stressed. I wonder why they were short staffed. They also kept calling my husband during and after our stay, asking how things were. They called constantly, around eight times while we were there, and they're still harassing him. It took nearly two hours to check in because they couldn't find our booking. I asked for a room away from the loud pool, but they still tried to put us right beside it. I asked the manager for my money back; he refused, then comped and upgraded the room instead. We should have just left and disputed the charge with the credit card company. The room was still awful. There was body wash but no hand soap, shampoo, or conditioner. The shower leaked, the washer didn't spin the clothes dry properly, and the Wi-Fi was terrible. In the morning, housekeeping asked if we wanted the room cleaned. We said yes, but when we came back from the beach around 5:30pm, nothing had been done and the beds weren't made. They called to ask again, and we reminded them we'd already said yes. We told them we'd leave at 7pm, but nobody showed up. We had to speak to the manager again. He was lovely at first, but didn't understand until my husband explained it and said they were short staffed. They should have told us that when they asked the first two times. On our last morning, the cleaning manager opened our door without knocking before we'd checked out. A nightmare, and absolutely not worth the price. This was the worst hotel I've stayed at in Morocco 🇲🇦.
I liked the pools, the clean rooms, and the pleasant atmosphere. The sofa bed was a bit hard, though it did come with pillows and thin blankets that were fine for summer. The apartment had a full kitchen and washing machine, and there's a mini supermarket at the hotel. Ikea is only 15 away.
The hotel wasn't clean, and the reception girls weren't professional. I also want to raise a concern about the feedback call we got from your team at around 20:13. We'd stayed at five different hotels this month and received feedback requests by email, message, and WhatsApp. Yours was the only hotel that called guests at night, outside working hours, without warning. That felt intrusive and unprofessional. The staff member spoke Moroccan Arabic (Darija) to a guest who doesn't speak Arabic. For feedback calls, staff should use a language the guest understands, such as English or French, so international visitors feel welcome and respected. In future, please send feedback requests by message or email, or make calls during normal business hours.
The bed was so uncomfortable it left me with back pain for days, like sleeping on bare springs. The room itself was in terrible condition. The game park was just as bad. The woman working there screamed and yelled at me, speaking in an incredibly rude and aggressive way that scared my baby. The man who started the games was also rude. He walked away while I was talking and ignored what I said. His attitude and lack of manners even made my cousin cry. I complained, hoping someone would act or at least apologize, but nobody did anything. There was no accountability, effort to fix it, or sign of care. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I'd tell anyone, whether with family, as a couple, or alone, to avoid it.
