The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of options and different kinds of homemade bread. The place has a beautiful traditional Moroccan interior. I'd highly recommend staying here, especially before heading to the Merzouga desert, just a 30-minute drive away.

Every staff member was delightful and went out of their way to help us. The buffet meals were varied and delicious, and the hotel was quiet and pleasant. It was clean, with a nice room and a comfortable bed. Great value, and the whole stay was a great experience. Thanks to all the workers at the resort. It's well run, and I'd definitely make it my favorite place to return to.

Hamid, our host, looked after us throughout the stay, from serving breakfast to getting hot water and any other amenities we needed. He was always around, smiling, friendly and patient. He also arranged camel trekking in Merzouga for us at a reasonable price, €20 per camel for two hours, half what booking.com or other local agencies charged. It was worth staying here with family and kids, and the hotel is close to the city centre. The other facilities were top notch, though the swimming pool was very cold.
