The pool wasn’t on the rooftop as I’d expected, but that was my mistake. The rooms were a bit dark, though clean, and the mint tea was great. The staff were amazing and super helpful. The hotel itself is really nice, though the surrounding area isn’t very welcoming. All in all, a good place for a short trip.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, and we liked the pool. It’s a bit far out, but walking a little to the medina is fine if you don’t mind the distance. Our room was very spacious and breakfast was good. Even after the kitchen had closed, they still made us mint tea.

The staff helped arrange airport transfers and excursions, with prices made clear in advance, and I felt very safe and relaxed around Marrakesh. The accommodation was top class, the evening meal was very good, and the main sights are within about a 30-minute walk. For Moroccan hospitality, this place is a must. 10 out of 20

We spent 8 days here, and most of that time our room had no Wi-Fi and no TV signal. The staff were consistently kind and ready to help with our needs, though. We recommend the hotel for its hospitality.

The place was spotless, and the welcome from the staff made our time in Morocco fantastic. From the moment we arrived, they couldn't do enough for us. I stayed in August and would definitely come back.
