Hotel Kenzo

The room gets cleaned well, and service was fine, but little problems kept adding up. Bugs had infested the elevator, the bathroom drawers were broken and smelled bad, and the door would open by itself. In the morning, some women would knock, then open the door to check if you were asleep because there were no do-not-disturb door signs. That made the stay a bit worse, though it's ight. I ate at the cafe downstairs using an offered dinner. You don't get to choose what you'll eat, but the food wasn't that bad. The location is mixed, mostly noisy, and I still wonder why the ground shakes 💀.

The included breakfast was pretty nice, and the rooms were very clean with everything you'd need. The staff were so helpful. I'll definitely come back and recommend it!

The price is really good for what you get. Rooms are spacious, tidy, and very clean, and the management is pleasant and professional. Breakfast at the popular cafeteria downstairs was really good. I'd recommend the place and stay again if I pass through Safi.

Good location, and there are fitness clubs within walking distance, though the hotel itself has no gym. The room was clean and the shower was really good, but the mattress wasn't soft enough and there wasn't much space for belongings. On the main street it gets very noisy. The worst part was smelling cigarette smoke from people in other rooms, since there are no non-smoking rooms. Sometimes fried food smells came through too, apparently because the restaurant shares the same air circuit.
