For budget travelers like us, this was a great base for exploring Fes. It isn’t luxury accommodation, but the room was spacious, and Abdul made our stay lovely with such a warm, helpful welcome. The Medina location is convenient, with an easy walk to the parking area or taxi drop-off and the blue gate. Breakfast was large and delicious. Our room didn’t have air conditioning, though it wasn’t hot during our visit, so it didn’t cause a problem. It’s something to keep in mind for the hot summer months. The price was reasonable, too.

We were leaving early, and the host kindly made us breakfast at 6:30am even though it’s usually around 8am, I think. Such a sweet thing to do. The place is comfortable and right in the middle of the medina, which was really convenient. The hosts were super kind and helpful. Definitely recommend.

The breakfast was generous and tasty, and they were flexible when we asked for a vegan version. The hosts, who are brothers, were super friendly and helpful.

We ate every breakfast on the cozy terrace, with a lovely view over the Medina, and the food was amazing. Fatima and her husband were the sweetest hosts, always ready to help and share something about Morocco. The rooms were clean and spacious, and Dar Iman felt like home. It’s very central, near lots of restaurants and the souks. I’d definitely recommend it.

Staying in a Riyad in the heart of Fes old town was a beautiful experience. The owners were so friendly and welcoming.
