Waldorf Astoria Rabat Salé

The staff were amazing, and the service was great too.

Sara spoke German, which made us feel especially comfortable, and Omaima was also wonderful. I can't remember everyone's name, but the staff throughout our visit were welcoming, professional, kind, and always ready to help. We also appreciated the gentleman who checked us in right in our hotel room. It was a personal, warm welcome and saved us from waiting at reception. At Waldorf Astoria Rabat Salé, everything from the beautiful hotel and comfortable, luxurious rooms to the excellent food and breathtaking view exceeded what we expected. Every detail felt just right, and we felt looked after the whole time. It was an unforgettable luxury stay with such warm hospitality. We can't wait to return. ❤️

Oumaima at reception deserves a special thank you for her grace, professionalism, and care for every little detail. Her warm smile and dedication made my visit feel unforgettable, and I felt genuinely welcome and looked after the whole time. Peacock Alley has an elegant atmosphere and exceptionally kind, attentive staff. It felt like stepping into a tale from One Thousand and One Nights. The service was impeccable, and I'd happily return again and again. ✨⭐

The staff checked on us a few times to make sure everything was okay, which I really appreciated. They were warm and friendly, and the service was very good. I enjoyed the cocktails and starters, and the food was good overall. The fillet tasted really good, though it only comes with fries, so I think the menu could use a little improvement. I also tried the lobster brioche. It was nice, but could've used a bit more seasoning on the lobster. Still, we had a great experience at Peacock Alley.
