Issam at reception was kind and really helpful, and his fluent English made things easy. He made sure we felt comfortable throughout the stay. Room service was quick and efficient too, and the customer service was excellent.

I’d recommend it. It’s perfect there.

2/10
The pool was tiny and dirty, and the staff were aggressive. I wanted only a meal or a drink, but they made me pay for pool access, with no explanation, just pressure to pay or leave. Aymen Hotel showed zero respect for customers. It’s shameful for tourism in Morocco, and I seriously wonder whether the relevant authorities supervise this hotel. Three stars is far too many for this establishment. In my opinion, it doesn’t deserve even one.

The restaurant was good, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We got a very warm welcome, the room was spotless, and the service was perfect.

The hotel is in a very good location and the service was good. It’s a bit dated, though the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.
