Riad Errabii

The roof terrace was lovely for reading in the shade or catching some sun. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were fabulous. It’s right at the heart of everything, with transport easy to reach, yet the riad feels like a calm oasis after the city’s madness.

Taha made me feel very welcome and gave helpful advice on good places to visit nearby. The Riad was lovely, very clean, and the room was spacious. It’s well placed in the Medina, and I had a wonderful time there in Marrakech.

A really charming place, with a friendly, helpful, and professional staff. If you order a meal, the ladies in the kitchen prepare it really well.

Don't book their massage services. My appointment was for 19:30, and I told the team at 16:30 that I would be late. The owner's response now accuses me of requesting services the establishment doesn't offer and describes this as inappropriate or unprofessional. I'd never heard that allegation before. It's false and defamatory, and I intend to take action against the hotel. Making up something so serious to protect an already terrible reputation crosses a line. The owner also claims I received a 20% discount. I paid full price. That lie says a lot about how this place is run. Their response to my complaint is dishonest, unprofessional, and shows no willingness to take responsibility. They are scammers and should be held accountable.
