The staff were difficult to deal with, and quite a few things didn’t work. We had paid for towels but none were provided. The place was fairly dirty, and the water came and went. During the winter, with the room at 12°C, the owner switched off the fuses, so we couldn’t use the air conditioning to heat it. I also forgot to mention the cockroaches in the room :).

We had a nice room with a beautiful view over the city and mountains, and the price was very fair. The owners were so lovely that we felt like family. We’ll miss you, Ahmed and Radija! We’d love to return someday. Auberge Les Amis will stay in our hearts forever. ❤️

The staff were very nice, but the hotel didn’t meet decent standards. There was a strong septic smell, and our bathroom had neither soap nor toilet paper. The air conditioner didn’t work, so we had to leave the windows open. With staff coming through the courtyard until 3AM, we couldn’t sleep.

We’d planned to stay for just one night, but liked the town enough to add another. The rooms were comfortable and good value. What stood out most was how friendly and welcoming the staff were. I can recommend it.

The owners were so kind and friendly, and made us feel at home. They were always ready to answer questions or offer advice. Our room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a nice feel. We had an amazing dinner at restaurant la kasbah. Breakfast was included in the hotel price, and they changed the time especially to suit us. The breakfast room has a terrace overlooking the city center and a perfect view of the mountain. Just amazing, recommended for everyone.
