Some hotel staff had an unprofessional attitude, and we were treated like customers receiving something for free instead of paying guests. We expected more respect and consideration. The service was disappointing, especially toward Moroccan guests. Sometimes it seemed foreign guests got better treatment. During Ramadan, for example, we asked for an iftar meal and were told none was available, but food was served to foreign guests. I truly don't understand this behavior, and it doesn't reflect Morocco's well-known hospitality.
