It’s a lovely place to pause above the busy streets of Marrakech. Mont Gueliz has a calm, natural feel and a view that helps you see how the modern parts of the city sit alongside the historic medina. I liked how simple and uncommercial the experience felt. You can take photos, sit and relax, or just enjoy the landscape. The climb is manageable, and the views open up as you walk. From the top, the panorama is especially beautiful around sunset, when the light softens and the city colors look warm. It’s a peaceful spot and a refreshing break while still close to the urban area. I’m giving it five stars for the view and quiet atmosphere. It may not be a developed tourist site, and that’s part of what makes it feel special. A hidden gem for anyone who likes views, nature and a quiet moment above the city.
