We had a comfortable stay that matched what I'd expect from a four-star hotel. The children had lots of room to run around and enjoy the resort, and the hammam was one of the best I've been to, professional and friendly. Breakfast had a varied buffet, with plenty to choose from, traditional Moroccan food, and other options. The atmosphere at breakfast was memorable and the staff were friendly. Customer service was amazing from the start. We were welcomed at reception and our luggage was brought to our room or apartment. I visited Le Vizir a few years ago with my husband and two children, but never got around to reviewing it. Things may have changed since then. One negative was that we spotted mouse droppings in a kitchen cupboard when we arrived. They cleaned it right away, and the manager handled it professionally. We didn't see more droppings or any mice during our stay. I'd go again, though our trips are usually last minute and we haven't found availability for our dates.

We stayed as a family in December 2019 and were a bit disappointed that the women's pool, which had been advertised as open, wasn't available. The main reason I'd booked was that my mum wanted a private pool for women. The pools weren't heated either. Breakfast was very good, but I can't say the same for dinner. For a hotel this size, there were very few shuttle buses. The photos weren't very accurate, and cleanliness fell short. The staff, though, were friendly and attentive. There were great outdoor spaces for children, and it's a good hotel for families.

The resort has good facilities for the whole family and a nice variety of food throughout the day, although some things were a bit expensive. It's a little far from Médina, but the free shuttle runs at set times during the day and was really useful. We had no trouble getting settled into our apartment, the staff were lovely from the moment we arrived, and the rooms were clean, well laid out, and a good size. A few door card systems, air conditioning units, and locks weren't working, but it wasn't worth worrying about. Overall, a great place to visit and I'd recommend it. Thumbs up.

There was hair all over the room, including on the toilet, and the shower drain was clogged with hair. There was a snot bubble on our pillow, and the pool was dirty. The photos should be viewed carefully. We didn't see any staff at all, and the restaurant was closed. There was nothing around, so we had to drive somewhere to get food. Breakfast was really subpar. I've never had such a negative view of a hotel, and unfortunately we didn't enjoy our stay. We'll never come back.
