The room, bathroom and facilities, including the pool, were brilliant. The staff, especially the receptionist, were very unprofessional and didn’t know common tourist languages like English or Spanish. The restaurant was overpriced, and for a five-star hotel costing £100 a night, I expected a much better breakfast. It was more like the breakfast at a £30 hotel, same kind of thing. They also tried to charge me twice for the room, but I caught it. Good for sleeping, just don’t expect much from the staff.

December 2022. We had a great stay. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the staff were attentive. The food was amazing, compliments to the chef, and Said served it with a smile every time. The gardens and pool area are beautifully kept, and the parking has a gate and 24/7 security.

The hotel itself was fine, but I was charged twice at checkout and never got the money back. I stayed in May last year. The staff member processed one payment, then said my card hadn’t worked because the receipt paper had run out. I didn’t feel sure, so I asked her to confirm. She insisted she was 100% certain and asked me to pay again. I only found out a few days later, after I’d left. I called to request a refund and spoke with a male staff member who spoke English. He kept saying, “We’ll do that,” whenever I followed up, but nothing happened. I’m really disappointed by how they treated me and by their dishonesty. I wouldn’t return or recommend the place.

A great place to spend a pool day, with a lovely atmosphere and different spots to relax. The food was good, the cocktail menu was nice, and prices were very reasonable. I’ve been several times and will definitely come again.
