I accidentally left my headphones at the riad, and Simo came all the way from there to the airport, driving for over an hour to bring them to me. I was already at the airport, and that kind of effort is beyond anything I’ve experienced from a hotel. Simo and the whole lovely equipo made us feel at home and genuinely cared for. They were always looking out for us and sharing great advice. The place was clean, breakfast was delicious, and every detail was taken care of, but it was the family feeling that made our stay so special. Thank you all for your kindness, generosity and big hearts. This showed us what Moroccan hospitality means.

The Riad is beautiful and in a great location, though finding it the first time was a little tricky. Once you’ve found it, it’s easy to get back to. Hassan, Morad Adil and Simo were so friendly and attentive. They helped me with lots of questions before, during and after my stay. I can’t recommend it enough.

For our first visit to Marrakech, choosing this Riad was a great decision. The main square is a short walk away, and the staff were welcoming and gave us useful tips for getting around the city. Our room was tidy and clean, with good air conditioning. My friends and I spent some lovely evenings relaxing on the terrace. There’s a good choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and food, and shisha is available too. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting.

We had dinner on the terrace on our first evening, at a time that suited us, and it was delicious. Breakfast was served up there by Ayman and set us up well for the day. Our Moroccan-style rooms were tastefully decorated and the bed was super comfortable. Riad Christina is just a few minutes from the medina. Samo gave us lots of useful information and a map for finding our way around. We had a really fun day in Ourika valley with Hassan, and Ismael drove us to the desert for a camel ride and show, then took us to the airport on our last day. What a marvellous team. All the staff were happy, friendly and helpful. Thanks also to the lovely ladies, and sorry I didn’t get your names. We had a wonderful four-night stay and I’d definitely recommend it. I know I’ll be back.
