La Brillante

After visiting the Baha’i Palace, this is a lovely quiet place to get away from the crowds and have tea. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Drinks are quite expensive, and they don’t serve alcohol.

We stayed here for my wife’s 30th birthday, and it was a spectacular experience. Hawla and everyone else took such good care of us. They met every request with a smile, and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The riad is right amid Marrakesh’s busy streets, but stepping inside felt like entering somewhere calm and relaxing, with lovely essential oils in the air. On arrival, we were given Moroccan tea, pastries, and fruit, and staff brought our bags to the room. When we got back from exploring, they’d arranged rose petals spelling out happy birthday for my wife, along with spa gifts. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant, so we’ll have to come back. A 10 out of 10 stay.

The hotel was super clean, and we had the best hammam and massage. I highly recommend them. Manager Mohamed and the team kept everything running perfectly. Khaoula was great and helped us in every way. Breakfast and dinner on the roof terrace were spectacular and delicious. Mariam and Mohamed were the best, and Chef Mohamed is a gem. We’ll definitely be back!

La Brillante was a fantastic stay. Its location is handy for the souks and historic Bahia Palace, both a short walk away, while the hotel itself offers a quiet escape from the city. The rooms combine modern comfort with Moroccan charm and are beautifully designed. The restaurant is a must-try, with some of the best food I had in Marrakech. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting.
