La Sultana Marrakech

Saida, Ghizlane, and Mohammed made our special occasion trip feel truly special. I’ve stayed at luxury hotels around the world, and La Sultana Marrakech is the best hotel I’ve ever experienced. The rooftop breakfast and city views were unforgettable. The hotel is stunning, with beautiful architecture, a riad-style layout, lovely rooms, and a rooftop, all meticulously maintained. Our room felt serene and luxurious, with thoughtful details throughout. Service was on another level: the staff were warm, intuitive, and genuinely hospitable, anticipating what we needed. Every interaction felt personal and effortless. It's peaceful and romantic, in a great location close to the action while still feeling like a private oasis. For true 5-star luxury and exceptional service in Marrakech, I can't recommend it highly enough.

Fresh roses were everywhere, and the doors, windows, and ceilings showed beautiful handcrafted detail. The property and spa are both stunning. The staff were courteous and attentive. I was looking for an ideal retreat, and LaSultana exceeded all my expectations.

A room cleaner found my lost diamond earring and left it for me on the counter. The service was impeccable, the rooms lovely and nicely decorated, and the toiletries smell wonderful. In fact, the whole hotel smells wonderful. The food was among the best we had in Marrakech. I highly recommend staying here.

We only visited the hotel for dinner with friends, without staying there. The setting is gorgeous and a must-see, and the food was good, but the service was terrible. Our waiter, a man with eyeglasses, kept topping up our wine again and again, almost as if he wanted to finish the bottle quickly so we'd order another. When I asked why he was pouring beyond a proper serving, which isn't how wine should be served, he made a silly joke about only filling the water glass 1 cm. Beautiful place, good food, very poor service.
