After our long flight, my family and I, including the children, waited more than seven hours for a room while tired and hungry. They wouldn't even let us get food and eat in the hotel. The children were so exhausted and hungry that they lay on the floor crying, and reception didn't seem to care. Staff claimed they had no record of our booking and tried to demand more money, even though we'd booked and paid. It felt like they were trying to scam us. I can't believe how rude they were. This “pretty” hotel seems to care about making money rather than the wellbeing of small children. Terrible service. Beware.

Everything was extremely clean, and I loved the room. The staff made the stay even better and were wonderful and helpful. Mustafa looked after us when we got back at night after dinner, and the rest of the team helped too. I loved this place!

The pool and hotel were lovely, and the 450 MAD day pass covered a sunbed, towel, lunch, and a non-alcoholic cocktail. Lunch was an okay buffet with enough choice. The cocktail was just a bottle of water, though, and the waiter kept the change when we bought drinks.

Reception helped us from arrival right through checkout. They gave us a suite with a very good view. It’s a family hotel, with good facilities and helpful service staff.

Nice course in great condition, and the customer service was good too. A cold beer at the end made it even better 🍺
