We stayed as a family for a week, and choosing this riad was a great decision. The rooms had plenty of space and were well equipped. Having air conditioning was a real bonus in the summer. The staff sorted out our airport transfer and everything went smoothly. Breakfast on the terrace, looking out over Marrakech, was unforgettable.

Yassine, the manager, deserves a big five stars. He’s elegant, super kind, and always goes the extra mile with real professionalism. He made us feel at home both at the Riad and at the Spa. Everything was very clean and smelled lovely, which made our time in Marrakech even better.

We loved relaxing on the rooftop terrace. Our room was comfortable and had Moroccan-style decor, and inside the riad it stayed peaceful and quiet. The main square was only a few minutes away on foot.

the staff were AMAZING, helping with our bags and arranging airport transport. they welcomed us with tea and cookies, and the room was beautiful, clean, and stocked with great products to use. great location too. we loved this place.

The woman who looked after us was kind and hardworking, and she did the scrub, shampoo, and oil massage well. That was the best part of the visit. We’d booked for 8:30, but around 6:00 that day the manager asked if we could come at 7:00. We were at dinner and could only make it for 8. After the service, we were told refreshments would be complimentary. We sat by the pool and on the chairs, but nobody came over, and it looked like the spa was closing. We ended up having to ask for water ourselves. It was disappointing to be asked to arrive earlier, presumably so they could fit us in properly, then receive such basic service. Before us, a group of men were able to swim in the pool and had refreshments after their service. I can’t give it just one star because of the woman who treated us.
