A good residence, with everything you need close by.

The place itself is nice, but my room hadn't been cleaned when I arrived, despite booking a day ahead. There was cat hair on the sheets, so I asked for fresh ones. It's quite far from the city center, and for the money I don't think it offers great value. You can find better options in traditional Moroccan riads in the medina.

A secure area, with most things nearby.

I paid 1900 moroccan dirham/ 200 dollars a month for the place I stayed. The road is dangerous, though, with no traffic lights, and there's a prison in front of the main public road. It seems like a weird spot for a prison.
