City Bleu Tanger

The three women at reception were always friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the duplex, with its partial sea view and good air conditioning. It was lovely to watch the sea, especially after sunset.

Our apartment was huge, with incredible Marina views, and the location made it easy to walk to tourist spots. Bushra was a highlight of the stay, so kind, helpful, and sweet, and she spoke English very well. The owner also drove us to the airport at 5am for a reasonable fee. We were so grateful. We had a wonderful stay!

The location is fantastic, and there are flats at different price levels, from premium to economy. Some are very good value, but others fall short. We first stayed for a week last November and had a great experience with the staff member helping us then. She found us the right accommodation, sorted out our Wi-Fi quickly, arranged daily cleaning, and really looked after us. That service made us want to return. This recent visit was a shock after that. We were told the staff member had left, and the people working there now were unprofessional and provided poor service. The TV had problems, and although we were told a technician would come within half an hour, nobody showed up during our stay. No cleaners came either, so we had to ask reception for fresh towels. When we explained how unhappy we were, the staff seemed indifferent. It's a great place to stay, but the service needs significant improvement and the staff need to be more professional.

They kept our 100 Euros and refuse to return it. We were scammed, and the owner continues to lie and hold on to our money. Don't trust this company.
