We've stayed at Dar Tanja four times now, and each visit has been a pleasant surprise. The rooms are comfortable and spotless, and the food is delicious. Staff are both professional and exceptionally friendly, while the service stays smooth whether or not the owner is around. For the price, you get more than you'd expect. Thanks, team Dar Tanja, keep it up. We think it's the best hotel in Tangier!

We had a wonderful week at your stunning hotel, Dar Tanja. Everything was perfect, and we're already looking forward to coming back. Thank you!

The rooms were basic and smelled of sewage. The shower head was loose, and you have to request housekeeping. Breakfast was limited and not very good. I could have accepted all that at a lower price, but I paid much less for nicer hotels in Morocco.

For the price, the room felt dated and didn't compare well with the other places we've stayed in Morocco, even though it was comfortable. Staff were brisk and efficient, but not calling a taxi for us seemed a bit lazy. I wouldn't stay here again.

We stayed here with our two kids and liked the quiet feel of this boutique hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the welcome was warm, and breakfast was fresh. We also loved the authentic decor, and the kids had fun in the pool. We'd definitely recommend it.
