After a long night at tanger med port, we had a really comfortable stay. The room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed and a good-sized toilet and shower. Breakfast was great, especially the tasty Omelette. Receptionist Soukaina was a huge help, making things easy and giving us great customer service. Everything went well, and I'll definitely return. I highly recommend the hotel.

It's so quiet and peaceful here, surrounded by nature, and I felt good staying here. The location is marvellous. Everything else was good, though services could be improved a bit. If I ever got the chance to stay for free, I'd definitely pick this hotel and place.

A nice place to stay for business or a holiday. It's at the junction between Tangier and Chafchouen, which makes it possible to visit both cities and then return to your stay.

The hotel looks nice, but that didn't make up for one of the worst experiences of my life. The food was inedible, and drinks were supposed to be included with the buffet. The water wasn't even cold. The woman serving food was disrespectful and judgmental about what we ordered, then told us to stop eating and come back later. Nobody apologized until we complained, argued, and started writing reviews. The man who eventually apologized was angry and spoke to us disrespectfully. He was screaming, as if we'd accept that. The hotel won't take accountability and is just adding fuel to the fire. This was unbelievable.
