Idou Malabata Beach and Spa

I left feeling pampered and refreshed, and I'm sure I'll come back. The calm, inviting atmosphere made it easy to unwind. From the moment I arrived at Idou Malabata Spa and Beach, everyone treated me with real kindness and professionalism. The whole team, including the manager, went out of their way to make the visit memorable. Service felt attentive, warm, and genuinely caring, and it was clear they take pride in making guests feel relaxed and looked after. If you're after a relaxing spa and beach visit where you're treated like royalty, this is a place to go.

The restaurant team were attentive and so kind, and breakfast came with plenty of choices and tasted great. Thanks to Abdel Aziz for the warmth and great service. Staff in every department were just as friendly, helpful, and caring. Housekeeping was excellent too. Oumaima is especially dear to me, so sweet, attentive, and wonderful at her work. Oussama, the manager, gave me such a warm welcome and showed real care. I felt at home and genuinely looked after from the start. The hotel is beautiful, warm, and cozy, right by the sea but still easy to get to. It left a lovely impression on me, and I'll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend!

My family and I spent two nights here, and the stay was amazing. They even went beyond what we expected. After we left, we realized we'd forgotten important documents and money in the room safe. Mr. Oussama, the front desk manager, contacted us, and we got everything back. That made an already great visit even better. Many thanks to him and the rest of the team. We hope to visit again.

I really liked the pleasant atmosphere at Idou Malabata Beach & Spa. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They made sure everything was just right. I recommend it if you want a relaxing stay and great service.
