The staff were a real highlight at Marina Bay Hotel. From reception and housekeeping to the restaurant team, everyone was friendly, welcoming, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast buffet was excellent too, with lots of high-quality choices and a lovely start to the day. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a fantastic location and stunning views. Rooms are comfortable, common areas are well maintained, and the atmosphere feels both elegant and relaxing. The facilities are excellent, and I found the whole stay exceptionally comfortable. I expected something more like a large resort in Sharm El Sheikh or a coastal destination in Lebanon, but Marina Bay Hotel turned out to be an outstanding hotel in every sense. Tangier is a wonderful city, and I'd highly recommend a visit to Morocco. The bathrooms are the main issue. Their odors often spread into the room. Ideally the source would be fixed, but if that's not possible, air fresheners should be provided in the bathroom and toilet. The swimming pool is pleasant, though poolside staff could be more visible and consistently available to help guests. I'd gladly come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tangier.

The rooms were nice, with comfortable beds. As for the restaurants, Churchill pub was always closed and Grand Bleu was always empty. I asked the staff twice to order a metered taxi, and neither time did they do it. The drivers and hotel staff colluded over the price, so I wouldn't trust the front desk to get you a metered cab.

I keep coming back to this amazing hotel in a good location, and the service is the main reason. Chaima at reception was more than amazing, and the breakfast with amine en Aâhd and the rest of the team was beautiful. Thanks for such a lovely experience. I'll see you again soon, for sure. Definitely a hotel to visit in Tanger!

A nice hotel in a great place. Aa’hd and the others in the breakfast area were great, and wafaa at reception was great too. Worth keeping in mind when you visit Tanger.
