Mia Urban Detroit Tanger Hotel

I spent my birthday week at Mia Urban Detroit Tanger, and the team made it feel special. Everyone at reception and among the staff was welcoming, attentive, and glad to help with recommendations and service. A special thanks to Fadel, who went out of his way to make the stay memorable and helped us a lot with getting around Tanger. We had a spacious, comfortable suite that was very well kept. Daily service was provided, the bathroom was modern and spotless, and everything felt well maintained. Breakfast was included, with a lovely buffet and a good selection. The location was very convenient, close to the airport and handy for getting to and from it and traveling to some destinations in Tanger. We mostly took taxis, and it was still a convenient base. My stay was short, but it was a great experience. I'd definitely come back and highly recommend Mia Urban Detroit Tanger. Thank you, Salma

We usually stay at Ibis Hotels, and Mia Urban gave us the same quality of service for a much lower price. The staff were welcoming, and both the room and bathroom were clean and up to a good standard. The restaurant also had a few traditional Moroccan dishes. We were very happy with the service.

Housekeeping needs work. During my five-night stay, the room went uncleaned for one day, and the sheets were only straightened, never changed. Breakfast was missing eggs one morning even though it had two hours left to run, and no drinking water was provided. The parking lot only has about 15 spaces, so when those are full you have to park outside the hotel.

The location is pretty remote, though getting there by car was no problem and parking is available. The suites are small but have what you need for a comfortable stay, and room service comes daily. Breakfast is a good-sized buffet. Reception were patient and attentive while I tried to speak French, and the restaurant staff were great too. Ma famille a passé un bon séjour.
