Hotel Miramar

The view was very good, and the restaurant was good too. The staff treated me with a lot of respect, especially Mouad, who was a great member of the team. I wasn’t the best guest, but he still showed me plenty of hospitality. I’d recommend this hotel for its prime spot near the train station and beach, and for the accommodating staff.

The rooms have a traditional feel, but they were super clean. I loved it, and had a sea view too!

We had a really good stay. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was hot water. It’s conveniently near all the amenities, and the staff welcomed us warmly. We’d booked a city-view room through booking.com, but when we arrived they offered us a sea-view room without charging extra. The downside was the sink being inside the room and the bathroom and shower having aluminum doors, which made things a bit noisy. There’s no restaurant or reception area to hang out in.

The location was good, but everything else was just decent, with no real pluses, and the staff were barely nice. I definitely wouldn’t return. I accidentally booked the wrong date and asked to move it to the night I actually needed, but the hotel refused. I was disappointed, especially since I still ended up staying there for one night. They could have refunded me, since the mistake was clear and I contacted them a week before the mistakenly booked date. Instead I unfortunately paid twice for one night, about 1000dh. Next time I’ll choose somewhere with a better cancellation policy.
