Spotless rooms, a great breakfast, and an excellent location.

The room I booked was supposed to have a double bed, a single bed, and a living room, but it was just an open space anyone could use. The door lock was broken, so it wouldn't lock. There wasn't a curtain or a drain in the bathroom, and showering left it flooded. I got no complimentary services. Truly the worst hotel.

The staff were excellent throughout our stay, always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. Breakfast was another highlight, delicious and plentiful, just right for starting the day. Our room was spacious and comfortable, though the bed felt a bit hard and we didn't sleep as well as we'd hoped. All in all, a pleasant stay.

We spent the weekend there as a family, and the location was a 10. The breakfast was unbeatable, the rooms were super clean, and every staff member was attentive, friendly, and available 100x100 to help with whatever we needed. The treatment couldn't have been better. I'd give it more stars if I could, and we'd definitely come back.
