Zahia was kind and professional, and I really appreciated that. There’s still room for improvement, but having more staff like her could make both the restaurant and housekeeping better. Thank you.

The place was clean, but the value just isn't there. For at least 50e, I had a room beside unbearable noise, poor internet, and a shower that was broken and leaking badly. Breakfast wasn't included, and neither was anything else. Honestly, there are plenty of better options in the city.

They may have invested in the hotel, but the service isn't good. Sometimes there's no hot water, breakfast comes too late and isn't complete, and the bathroom isn't properly equipped. I don't think it deserves three stars.

The staff were friendly, and breakfast was delicious. My room was clean, with a big bathroom.

It's a good hotel, and the service is what matters most. The service here is good.
