The views over Tetouan from the roof terrace are fantastic, and there are nice places to lounge there and inside. The location is quiet and handy for both the medina and the bus and taxi stations. My room had a pedestal fan, which made a big difference for a Riad. The bathroom was good, and the staff were attentive and kind. I had a really enjoyable stay. Wifi was problematic, though I'm not sure why, so I used mobile data instead.

There’s a souk just two streets away, and the archaeological museum, royal palace, and other lovely cultural spots in the old Medina are only a few hundred metres away. Even so, the place itself is bright, beautiful, clean, and spacious, and easy to find right in the heart of the old Medina. I spent 3 weeks here and absolutely loved it. The staff are generous, welcoming, and friendly without getting in your way. When I had trouble connecting to the wifi in my room, they bought a new router. They’re very accommodating, and I’d recommend staying here without hesitation.

Mr. Lotfi really made our stay. He was incredibly helpful and gracious, whether guiding us, hailing a taxi, or suggesting places to eat and things to see. He went above and beyond. The Riad is clean, secure, and functional, with a nice terrace. It sits just inside the medina, close to everything we needed and wanted to visit, yet feels like a peaceful break from the busy souk. We had a great stay and would definitely return and recommend it to friends.

The location is fantastic for exploring, and the Riad itself is beautiful. Someone met me at the nearby parking and walked me over, pointing out places of interest on the way. Great service.

We felt very safe walking back at night and had a great stay. The building and rooms are beautiful, and the service was friendly and helpful. It's on a quiet Medina street, within an easy 5 minute walk of great places to see and eat in Tetouan.
