Dinner was a highlight, served in a lovely candlelit setting with generous portions. Breakfast, though, had very little choice. We found the view really beautiful, the location convenient, and the rooms clean and tidy. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay, and I had a positive experience overall.

The rooms were comfortable and fine, but the dinner was a letdown. We had been told vegetarian food would be available, yet there were no vegetarian choices. Dinner was included in our three-day Sahara Desert tour package. The server asked what drinks we wanted, naming Coke, wine, tea, and others, but didn't show us a menu or explain that drinks cost extra. Everyone in our group assumed they were included. Only after dinner were we told that none of them were covered, not even water. It left us feeling a bit cheated.

We were traveling with a tour group, and the staff treated us very well from the moment we arrived. Dinner and breakfast at the hotel were both tasty and plentiful. Everyone was warm and friendly. Best regards.

We stayed here during a three-day trip and the rooms were freezing. There was an air conditioner, but no remote. When we asked for one, they said it would cost 250 MAD. That seemed ridiculous when the other hotels included it. I'd never heard of or seen anything like that before.

The customer service was good, but I wouldn't recommend staying here in winter or rainy weather. There’s no heater, and it was -1C inside the room, just like outside.
