The rooms were comfortable, the place was clean, and the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and ready to help, starting with a warm welcome. I loved my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

For 500dh a night, this felt a bit expensive. The bed and room weren’t very clean, and there was hair all over the sheet. It was still okay for a 3-star place, but I think they should charge a little less.

The service was very good, and we felt welcome right away. Our room was clean and lovely, and the breakfast was full of flavor and really delicious. I loved everything about this hotel 🥰👌❤️.

I've stayed at Hotel Vallé Ziz four times, and the kindness of the staff still impresses me each time, especially the restaurant team. The place reflects the city's warm hospitality, and the food is the best. Your chef cuisine is the best.

2/10
The staff were pleasant, though they seemed rather indifferent, and breakfast was okay but lacked a personal touch. The room was cramped, and the toilet and washbasin both wobbled and leaked. We also didn’t receive the room we had booked and paid for on Booking, and there was little comfort overall. A warning about the photos: four Google Maps pictures actually show the Zen Hotel "Maison Vallée de Ziz Hotel". The photos of the Errachidia hotel and its pool are wrong.
