The breakfast was decent, though service there was slow. The rest of our group tour stay was a letdown, possibly the worst stop on the trip. We had no hot water, only one towel for two people, and no toilet paper. Water dripped from bathrooms above some rooms, and our patio door wouldn't shut, leaving it open all night. The rooms need attention and the service was poor.

The location made getting around easy, with transport, restaurants, bakeries, a supermarket, and ATMs nearby. I really enjoyed the balcony room, too. It was spotless, the linens were nice, and I could sit outside and watch Tiznit's street life and the huge mural by a famous artist across the road. The staff were lovely and keen to make my stay comfortable. And the shower was one of my best in Morocco, with great hot water and pressure. I had a fantastic time here.

I appreciated the service here. The room was ready and clean, and even had a smart TV. Breakfast was delicious, with a Moroccan style, and the staff were helpful and welcoming. It's close to the old city center, and for the price and quality, I'd consider it the best four-star hotel in the region. I recommend it.

The avocado and prawn salad really lived up to what people say about it, and the mixed fish was delicious, both fried and grilled. The chocolate mousse in the display case looked tempting, but I couldn't fit it in. I came to Cafe Al Amal for dinner and was surprised by how tasty everything was. The service was great, and Said was brilliant. Go when you arrive, you'll want another visit.

It's on the city's main street, which is a good spot. The place was very clean and the staff were super helpful. The sink had no water pressure, though, and the AC didn't work. Breakfast was just average.
