The staff made this stay feel like being welcomed into a family. Imame, Darime, Hamza, Monaim, and our driver Nordin were all so kind and attentive. They even surprised me with birthday decorations in our room, then brought a cake and sang to me. They also helped set up a hot air balloon ride, a day in Essaouira, a couples’ spa visit, and a guided tour of the Medina and souks. Riad Bijoux was a lovely break from the busy city. Our room was spacious, comfortable, beautifully put together, and spotless. We enjoyed the tasty included breakfast and taking it easy in the tucked-away spots on the terrace.

The calm courtyard was a welcome retreat from the Medina, and the rooms were comfortable, nicely decorated, and equipped with modern comforts. Riad Bijoux has a warm atmosphere, with traditional Moroccan tilework, lanterns, and soft lighting throughout. We also enjoyed the food, which tasted fresh and carefully prepared, whether we ate in the candlelit courtyard or on the terrace. The service made the stay feel personal. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and handled each request kindly and efficiently. It was a charming, relaxing place to return to after wandering the busy souks and streets. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable, authentic stay in Marrakech.

The staff looked after us with so much warmth and care. They seemed to anticipate what we might need before we even asked, and the whole stay felt personal. The riad is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed right down to the small details. I’m so glad we found it, and I’d definitely come back.

The rooms were good and the service was excellent. The staff speak good French, though English isn’t commonly spoken, so we had a little trouble communicating at times. Google Translate helped a lot. They can also arrange laundry and taxis, even though those services aren’t widely advertised.

The staff were lovely and attentive, and arranged our airport taxi. They also made me a separate gluten-free breakfast, which I really appreciated. The riad is a little out of the way, about a 20-minute walk to the main square, but we had a great stay and I’d recommend it.
