The hotel is stylish, cool, and in a perfect spot. The street has a real derb feel, but we never felt unsafe. The staff were just amazing, and the price for what you get was perfect. I couldn’t find the time to write a proper review, but I had to say this: NELLY, YOU ARE FANTASTIC! I’m so glad I met you. Thanks to everyone for making us feel at home. We’ll miss you so much. Ease Healing Retreats brought 13 guests to Riad Vanilla SMA for a yoga and Healing Retreat. Everyone was wowed by the hospitality, the individually decorated rooms, and the personal service. Owner Ms Nelly took such genuine care of us, making sure every specific request was met and that each guest had a great experience. Staying at a riad with an owner so devoted, knowledgeable, and caring felt like a gift.

The people at the riad were so caring, especially its lovely owner Nelly, who did all she could to make our stay enjoyable. The place is beautiful and tucked away from the busy streets and chaos. Try the hammam if you can, and if it’s available, book the Sma room.

For a first visit to Marrakech, this was such a lovely stay. The staff were thoughtful, and Riad Vanilla made it easy to relax while exploring the city. We’d recommend it to anyone looking for good service. Simply amazing!

Nelly made us feel right at home with her kindness, warm welcome, and helpful suggestions. She really went out of her way to make things work for us. Riad Vanilla is also peaceful, spotless, and beautifully organized, with lovely decor and a calm feel that made it a real retreat. Getting around was easy, and the riad is just a short distance from Jemaa el-Fna square. It’s a handy base for seeing Marrakech, then coming back somewhere quiet at the end of the day. We can’t recommend it enough for a memorable, hassle-free visit.
