The room was nice, but being on the ground floor meant we could hear noise from the central courtyard. People arriving during the night switched the lights on and off, and since one window had no curtain, the room lit up. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and breakfast served on the fantastic rooftop terrace was delicious. We had a pleasant one-night stay after a mountain climb. It was part of a package deal, so we can’t comment on the value or dinner options.

The staff were all helpful and friendly, and Assia deserves a special mention for helping us with everything from laundry to restaurant bookings. We also loved the mint tea and biscuits on arrival. Great breakfast, lovely rooms, and an amazing location. If I come back to Marrakesh, I’ll stay here.

Breakfast was a rich Moroccan-style spread, served on the terrace with a view of the Palace. The rooms felt authentic, clean, and well managed. Good service and hospitable staff made the stay easy and enjoyable. The hot pools were perfect and really needed. Highly recommended for a stay in Marrakech.

The rooftop breakfast, with its view over the city, was a lovely start to the day, and the location just beyond the Medina walls worked well for us. We stayed two separate nights during an Atlas hiking trip. The first room was small, but the bed was cool; the second was fantastic, with really cool decor. The woman at reception was kind, friendly, and very helpful.
