The staff were kind and welcoming, and the location and breakfast were the bright spots. But our room was cramped and damp, with basic facilities missing despite the price. I wouldn't recommend it unless staying in the Medina matters more to you than comfort and amenities.

We had a lovely stay in the old town of Marrakesh. Abdo was especially welcoming and so nice. I'd happily come back, and recommend this Riad to anyone looking for a good place to stay in the old town.

Breakfast on the quiet rooftop terrace was a lovely part of our stay. Riad Princesse Du Désert & Spa is perfectly placed in the old town, with clean, beautifully decorated rooms. Everyone on staff was friendly and ready to help. A real oasis in Marrakech, highly recommend it.

Abdul was so kind and generous with his hospitality, always ready to help us with anything. The whole team at Riad Princesse made us feel welcome, and our stay went beyond what we expected. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Thank you to everyone there.

We were a bit nervous on our first visit to Morocco, but the friendly people at the riad quickly put us at ease. They welcomed us with hot tea at check-in and gave us useful advice about the city. The traditional breakfast was delicious, and we had a very comfortable stay.
