Sirayane Boutique Hotel and Spa

Once we settled in, we were really surprised by how good the stay was. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable, the half-board food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Poolside, the beds are spaced out and feel like waterproof double-bed mattresses. The attendant adjusted our parasol every 20 minutes to keep us in the shade. The place is small, low-key, and very quiet. There's a reliable free shuttle into Marrakesh throughout the day, and reception helped book outings and taxis whenever we asked. At first we worried we'd made a huge mistake: the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, down a dusty track, and a little tired around the edges. I wouldn't recommend bringing teenagers unless they're content to relax. For us, it turned into a brilliant holiday.

The pool was peaceful, exactly what we wanted, and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were big and clean, and the service was incredibly kind. It's about 20 minutes into town, with a free shuttle or an £8 Uber. Breakfast was fine, not five-star, but impressive for the price. We got a really good deal through love holidays, and the hotel lived up to our expectations. Already planning to come back!

Sirayane is just what a boutique hotel should be. We really enjoyed our three nights, with a peaceful setting, lovely grounds, and rooms we liked. The spa services were excellent, room service arrived promptly with generous portions, and we had a fabulous dinner at the restaurant. The service throughout was amazing.

The spa and massages were wonderful, and the pool service was excellent, with nothing too much trouble. Salah and Zouhair deserve a special thank you for making our stay even more special. The owner and manager also came around every day to check that everyone was happy. From arrival to departure, the hotel staff gave exceptional service. It's a great choice for a relaxing holiday, with homemade biscuits in the room, excellent breakfast choices, varied lunches, and waiter service at dinner with tablecloths. Thank you, Sirayane Hotel.
