Riad Puchka

The location can be tricky to find, but the team will come get you, bring you into the Medina and help arrange whatever transport you need. They made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The Riyad is beautiful, with spacious rooms arranged around a central swimming pool. Highly recommended.

I spent just one night here, though I could easily see myself returning. My room was on the second floor overlooking the beautiful courtyard, and it was comfortable, nicely decorated, with dependable AC and wifi. Breakfast in the morning was decent, too. It's easy to walk to the more central parts of the medina, and I felt fine coming back at night. The riad is tucked down an alley, so arrival was a bit confusing, but once I found it, getting in and out was easy.

The staff were a huge help throughout our stay, and the location made it easy to walk to the main sights. Inside, the traditional Marrakech character is beautiful, even if the exterior doesn't give much away. This hidden gem in the old city felt like a peaceful break from the busy Medina streets.

Zakaria and Moussa deserve a special mention for their tips, suggestions and all the effort they put into making our stay great. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and from the moment we arrived, we felt like family. After long, hot days out exploring, the courtyard pool was a lifesaver. The riad itself is charming and beautiful, with Moroccan decor, colorful mosaic tiles and a calm courtyard that felt like a haven from the Medina bustle. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to Jemaa El Fna square, and very quiet despite being so close. Breakfast was a feast every morning, with fresh bread, homemade Moroccan pastries and freshly squeezed orange juice. It was delicious and plentiful. We left feeling refreshed and already thinking about coming back. I can't recommend this place enough!
