Breakfast was really enjoyable, and our room felt nice and cosy. The riad is in a great area, close to the main tourist sights. The friendly staff also arranged an airport taxi and printed our tickets for us.

Our host was very attentive and helpful, which we appreciated. The room was the smallest in the Rhiad, and that was fine, but it wasn’t well kept. The curtains for privacy were badly in need of cleaning, and the curtain between the bathroom and sleeping area was disgustingly dirty. It had water stains, likely because the shower drain was completely clogged and water spread across the bathroom. There was no water at all on our first morning. We had to wait until the pool cleaning was finished before it came back, which delayed our plans. The bathroom lights were so dim that we couldn’t see properly, though they did bring us a small lamp. There was no window to open, so the room became very humid.

We loved relaxing on the rooftop, especially at sunset. The location is tucked away and a little tricky to find, though it’s only a short walk to the Medina. Our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff welcomed us warmly with hot tea when we arrived, and their personal touches made the stay special.

The rooftop has plenty of room for everyone to sit in the sun, and the reception area is beautiful too. The rooms were clean and a bit small, but still spacious enough for us. It’s a cute, nicely decorated riad in a good location, with friendly staff. I’d recommend it to friends and hope we can come back one day. It’s the kind of place you feel good in and want to return to.

The rooms were okay, but the spa area was disappointing. The hot tub was dirty and barely warm, nowhere near hot, and they still charged me for it.
